Terms and Conditions
Last updated June 30, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Voyager, an AI-assisted travel planning service ("Service"). By creating an account, starting a trip plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Voyager provides
Voyager helps you research and organize trip ideas. The Service may generate itineraries, estimated prices, packing suggestions, weather summaries, and alternative options using artificial intelligence and third-party data sources. Voyager is a planning tool — we do not sell travel tickets, accommodations, or activities directly.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
You may sign in with email and password or, where available, through supported third-party providers such as Google. Connecting a social account is optional and subject to that provider's terms.
4. Plans, usage limits, and billing
Some features are available on free plans; others require a paid subscription. Plan limits — such as trips per month, AI questions, result edits, sharing, weather packing lists, and priority processing — are described on our pricing page and in your account.
Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellations are handled according to the plan you select at checkout. We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice where required by law.
5. AI-generated content and travel estimates
Outputs from the Service — including routes, recommendations, budgets, and packing lists — are suggestions only. AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Prices shown are estimates and can change before you book.
You are solely responsible for verifying flight times, visa requirements, health advisories, accommodation details, cancellation policies, and final prices with airlines, hotels, activity operators, and other providers before making any purchase or travel decision.
6. Third-party services and bookings
When you follow links or complete bookings outside Voyager, you enter into a separate agreement with those third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, safety, quality, or performance. Any dispute with a travel provider must be resolved directly with that provider.
7. Trip sharing
If your plan includes sharing, you may generate links that expose selected trip details to people you share them with. Only share links with people you trust. You are responsible for the information you choose to share and for revoking access when appropriate.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service;
- submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures;
- use automated means to extract data except through interfaces we expressly provide.
9. Intellectual property
Voyager, its branding, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the trip information you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that information solely to operate and improve the Service.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that plans will meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyager and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or travel costs arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated suggestions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or EUR 50.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country where Voyager is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where they cannot be waived.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to the contact address listed in our Privacy Policy.
